mapping right command to shift and then pressing left cmd + shift + ] does not register #3935

  1. map right command to shift
  2. press left command, right command (now shift) and [ or ] together
  3. expect tabs to change in i.e. safari, but nothing registers

If any other key is mapped to shift (i.e. right alt, left alt), the cmd - shift - [ keybinding works fine.
