Add line numbers to json editor #3937

Hi!

When trying to save a rule/json via the GUI and we get an error, we are given a line number indicating where the issue resides. But since no line numbers are displayed in the editor, that info doesn't help us much.

It would be helpful if line numbers were displayed in the rule/json editor, so we can quickly go to the problematic line.

I also think it would be better to have the line numbers displayed, but so far, I haven't found an embedded editor that supports line number display and is not under the GPL, so it's currently not available.
