What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.trying to add a track or break to playlist tracker
2.trying to mark a spot as finished
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the crotch

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi Janet, thanks for taking the time to submit an issue.  Sorry, I forgot to 
send you an email that our web service scheduled 30 minutes of downtime during 
your show.  They only do it about once a month and this time it just happened 
to fall on a Saturday.  They announce them here but I'll be sure to fwd it to 
the right DJ next time.
