Multiple album categories #196

Currently albums can only have one category. However, it is possible for albums 
to have more than one category, e.g., local, heavy rotation. I propose we use 
tags to designate albums in a particular category. This will require changing 
any code that references the category field in Album entities. Also, category 
tags should probably be excluded from the tag listing on album info pages (much 
like recommended and explicit tags are excluded).
