Turn on discussion board #1083

I have some questions that aren't really issues. If you flip on the GitHub discussion board I can post them there. :)

BTW, looking at a bunch of the issues, a TON of them look like they should be moved to the discussion forum. It's a click now to move an issue to the discussion board, happy to help triage if time is a challenge.
