Wrong Tip when choosing 1% #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press + , type 100, press "add"
2. press Tip, type 1, press %

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tip says 100, instead of the expected 1

Please provide any additional information below.
i also tried 0% and 2% and they both work
