What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. can't get installed

nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.981 beta on jailbreaked 2.1 firmware

Please provide any additional information below.
i can't find it in installer.app or cydia  i tryed to copy the isplit.app
to the /applications folder and it will not appear in the menu.
