Lohit Bengali rendering issues #17

While testing Lohit Bengali on http://utrrs-testing.rhcloud.com/language/bn_IN/gsub found following issues with test cases.

Test case number :- combination

  3. চ্ছ্ব
  4. চ্ছ্র
  5. জ্জ্ব
    1. ল্ধ
  6. হ্ণি
  7. ড়্গ

Fixed the issues for Lohit-Bengali. Attached here is the testing screen shot for the same.
