We should skip validations by default, validations should be only for debugging, as one shouldnt validate the same static object billions of times.

@patmmccann I see three key changes required here:

Modify the default validation setting to OFF instead of STRICT.
Pass the SCO by setting it on bid.ortb2.source.schain instead of bid.schain.
Update all bid adapters to retrieve the SCO from bid.ortb2.source.schain instead of bid.schain.
