loader option has been depcreated - replace with use

I have switch all the loader option in the config rules to be use ,but still I got this warning message. I am attached the new webpack config file, can somebody help me and tell me where I missed?

When you will fix it, don't want to rush you but this seed is the best and many people count on you. Will you change webpack.config only? Can you please tell me why I have such warnings I want to fix them myself. Thanks in advance

PR #294 was merged, so this should be handled & there shouldn't be warnings anymore 😄
