Generic workshop page/URL #463

In many pages, we have links to the preCICE workshop. We need an overview page to refer to, without having to manually update links everywhere (because we always forget).

I can work on this.

If you want, you could add a workshop25 page on the fly :pray: Just very brief with date and place.
