standard error outputs #30

I followed the tutorial from the README page. But the results did not report standard errors for all estimates. I checked --help of each commend, but did not find useful information. Could you help on this issue? Thanks.

Hi @Conxz I've commented on this in #26 and described alternative solution here https://github.com/precimed/mixer#aic-bic-interpretation (using AIC / BIC). Please let me know if this covers your question. I agree with you that it's a reasonable to expect standard errors, but unfortunately the way they were previously implemented in MiXeR is not sufficiently reliable, thus I replaced them with AIC / BIC.
