Due to the timeline the best way is probably to get one of these solderable connectors (unfortunately none of the reliable sources sell these):

We should buy all of these since the likelihood of getting a design that won't work is high. Didn't put in partsbox due to complicated bundling and the one-time nature of this purchase (hopefully lol).
