ScaffolderFieldExtensions has been moved into @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-react.

@netanelrabinowitz Reverted the changes because it breaks the yarn tsc build. Added a github action that checks this at PR creation so please reopen the PR and add a fix until the build gets green
