Prepare for MeshPart hats #15

Accessories are being updated to use MeshParts soon, this means some tweaks will have to be made to the importing process. Special meshes will likely still be used for the hats in the world, as the MeshId of a MeshPart still isn't scriptable.

just implemented a solution for this, it'll be in the next release
