Merging Arctic microphysics and Arctic cases #37

Arctic microphysics mostly follows Kaul et al. (2015).

Three Arctic LES intercomparison studies are: ISDAC, M-PACE, and SHEBA. A climate change version of ISDAC (IsdacCC) is also added.
