Add the Norwegian (Bokmal) nb-NO language code

Unfortunately, the translation is not working. I have translated all the fields, but the changes are not showing. I’ve tried both options of browser and the language tag, but still no luck. My suspicion is that the language tag is “nb-NO” while your plugin might be looking for just “NO”. I am using WPML on the page.

This was addressed in 1.5.0, which was just released on the WordPress Plugin Directory. Closing as resolved.
