Have end of lesson completion page link to start next lesson if applicable or even possible

Faculty would also appreciate having completion page as something that can eventually be screenshot and sent as evidence that a particular tutorial is completed.

This would mean changing some of the lessons so that progressive skipping is not allowed. (This will also changed as learnr change / see how the new features are rolled out that allow for grading)
