REFRESH does not always refresh all facets #177

With TRUNK,

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a facet on a column for blanks and select True.
2. Create a facet on a column for flagged rows and select False.
3. Flag a few rows.
4. Click REFRESH for all facets.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should refresh all facets but does not.  Previously flagged rows still remain 
in view and do not move to True.  (I did perform a SHIFT REFRESH Tried with 
Google Chrome 7 latest and Firefox 3.6.12)
