Register Stylesheet for Dark/Light mode #107

Dark mode is now enabled! Dark mode is default, and you can switch it in the GUI with the "Theme" menu at the top.

Currently leaving the installers out of public view while some features are being implemented more fully-- reach out here or by email at luisrd@berkeley.edu if you would like access to Windows installers!
