Add Colorado crawl locations #120

As GPC is required in Colorado since July 1, 2024 and will be required in Connecticut from January 1, 2025, it would make sense to also do crawls there. Mullvad has Denver, Colorado as VM location, and for Connecticut we can crawl without a VM.

We should add Colorado in the September crawl (#118).

There is nothing more to do here. We decided to do two crawls starting with the September 2024 crawl (#118); one for California (@franciscawijaya) and one for Colorado (@natelevinson10).
