This is an initial go at describing what existing browsers have deployed to try and protected against navigational-tracking.

Two notes:

I have not verified this is correct with the respective browsers. I will do that now
There are two additional protections Brave will be shipping in the next week or two. I will keep this text up to date as best as possible

This looks correct for Firefox. A note that our protection is specifically aimed at "bounce" tracking, we understand navigational tracking to be a larger category of attacks that includes e.g. query parameter tracking :)
