Make Model 5 input domains conform to the Overleaf #192

For Model 5 behavior, input domains of query relations are currently the domains of the base (clean) relation and "Record". They should be the base domains and all other classes on the DAG path from the class containing the cleanly-observed attribute to "Record" (see discussion on #191 ).
