Allow to stop from the LCD menu not only when printing from SD card #8

There is a function lcd_sdcard_stop but it is only available in the menu if we are printing from SD card. Wouldn't that be useful to have even if we are printing from USB or the network?

The larger Renkforce printers even have a big red "emergency off" button...
