Devtools scroll patch #128

I'm having issues with getting react-scroll-to-bottom to work properly, so for now just take it out and use regular scrolling (this will fix https://github.com/prodo-ai/prodo/issues/125 for now)

I'll add it - Sunir is looking at the devtools design, so it may change, but could still be useful as a reminder :)
