Maybe should also add something to the docs?

I think we should add a badge to top of readme as well. Either the badge on the slackin readme

or something like this

Do you think we want the numbers there though (they're relatively low for now)? Happy to add the second one.

I prefer the second one. If the numbers are low, lets do that
