Notify user during deliverable submission so they know its processing the request #233

Yesterday when I was submitting my deliverable it seemed like the website wasn't doing anything and the page was waiting for whiteboard.sv.cmu.edu to responding for quite a long time. After stopping the page and refreshing, I ended up with multiple submissions for the deliverable.
