Basically, underlining in CKEditor doesn't seem to work, even though in "edit" mode it visibly shows the text as being underlined. The page metadata seems to know that the text is underlined, but it just does not render in the final output.
To recreate:
1) go to http://whiteboard.sv.cmu.edu/pages/aspf_task5 , open to first tab: "Project Requirements"
2) Click "Edit Page" button
3) Select text, for example: "reveal the facts of the situation"
4) Click the underline tool button in the toolbar; the selected text will now show as underlined in the editor
5) Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page, so the page is saved
6) The selected text should be underlined in the saved page, but it fails to do so.
7) Validation: go back into edit mode on the same page, the text shows as being underlined, so the metadata for the page knows that it should be underlined.
