中文化Taro、Nerv.js；整合Ramda/LoDash

taro是做小程序的时候用到的。涉及到两个repo：

• core： https://github.com/program-in-chinese/ctr
• UI：https://github.com/program-in-chinese/cti

nerv.js类似react，且兼容ie8：https://github.com/program-in-chinese/cnv

目前的思路是套一层中文wrapper，不修改源码

ramda和lodash都是FP库，感觉只要有一个就好了。后续相关进展会现在https://github.com/pyzh/cfx.js 进行
