cross-platform support #5

Open progrium opened 3 years ago

progrium commented 3 years ago

This is an issue for people interested in tracking cross-platform support. Topframe currently uses progrium/macdriver for its UI. Once that project is on its way to 1.0, I will start equivalent tuxdriver and windriver projects, but let me know which is higher priority.

tuxdriver please

Heyoo from https://github.com/anko/hudkit, which is like the Linux equivalent of topframe I guess? I just found out that you exist! Hudkit is written in C, but if any of its ideas or code are helpful here, feel free to use any of it.

I'll send any Mac users your way; https://github.com/anko/hudkit/commit/2918ccb042d9ee204a0ba57e58c6feda28765163

I'll just go ahead and humbly voice my support for windriver.

Windows support would be awesome! I've been looking for something like this for a while, and I'm looking forward to seeing how this develops.

I would appreciate support for windows as well. I think I would have so much fun with Topframe :)
