Suggestion: add ability to disable negative effects when saturation is full #210

Right now it seems the only way to disable the obesity effects is to also disable the low hiunger effects, but i would rather keep the low hunger effects enabled and just disable the high saturation effects.

Ok looks like it's a applecore problem

nevermind turns out it's a better with mods hardcore feature, not a hunger overhaul feature. closing this now.
