This is a double-request but i felt they were related enough to put them in one issue instead of opening two.
The first feature is a mechanic basically the opposite of "sunlight regrowth multiplier" in which crops can be listed to work the opposite, requiring moonlight to grow and growing slower in the daytime. This would be mostly flavor but gives some (magical) crops a unique way of growing and encouraging players to go through the night.
The second feature would be a whitelist of blocks/objects emitting light that is deemed sufficient to emulate sunlight, thus applying the normal sunlight growth. This is for mods that add growing lamps or hydroponic lights. If the first feature gets considered there could also be a list for moonlight emulating sources.
