First thank you Igor, for giving a thought at the suggestion. I thought real-time updation is more user friendly than weird, at least in my case.
Let me explain - I have a couple of forms where I take a few inputs, in my case names, and then there is part of the form, where the user will have to select one of the names entered above (so no other name is allowed at this stage - avoids mistake & re entering) and proceed with other part of the form...
It sounds cool and would differentiate this software from others. But I'm not sure if it's a clever move to implement it. In fact there are not many forms out there in the wild that behave like that, are they? I think most of the cases of dynamic forms can do with hiding/disable certain options.
I think if there is already a feature then it would be more often used vs looking at an alternate way to get it done..
I am not sure if this would convince you enough, but I feel it would be a great idea where one needs to enter an info only once and dynamically use it again and customise based on requirement - useful for content based forms. Hmmm by content based forms I meant like certificates, legal forms, etc..
