(Instructor) Assignment Grades #19

As an instructor, I can visit an assignment info page and see *all the grades that each student has achieved for the assignment.

* By "all the grades", we could mean one of two things:

  1. The latest/highest official grade for that student (less work, less memory, more preferred)
  2. All historic grades from Jenkins runs (more work, more memory, less preferred)
