[Bug] TEDS section should be updated or removed from the TH Guide #371

Describe the bug

The current chapter 10 TEDS section is meant for internal testing during events using the TEDS tool, and is out of date.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Expected behavior

Either this section should be updated accordingly (every time) or - I would argue more fitting - remove this section and provide a separate internal document for developers working on TEDS to instruct how they should handle test case uploading, that is also kept up to date with the latest TEDS improvements.

Hello @sander-gitl ,

We have no experience using the TEDS system. And if it is a system that has frequent updates, I agree with the removal of the user guide section.

What do you think? Should we continue with the removal of the section?
