I tried to do that. Please go ahead if you see any missing function
I would leave this open as a reminder that they all the example files need to be populated. Note that
It would be so helpful to have a few example configurations for help / vignette.
What could maybe work as well is to store the input files as R data, and then provide them to the simulation as https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/base/versions/3.6.2/topics/textConnection - at least this is how I usually do in in Jags, to avoid to write models to file, and this works, although Jags expects a file ... but I guess in this case, you expect a folder, not a single file, right?
Well, if you found a solution for the vignette, maybe we can use the same solution for the help. I never tried this - can the help functions access extdata after the package has been built?
Hi Florian. Ok, fine for me. Yes, they can access, including the outputs from the vignette simulation, so we only simulate once and grab the outputs from the same example for the plots. haven't seen it before but works for sure. Not sure if there is a faster and cleaner way to make this data and path available at package start up, so the user just have to use the path and not re-take it for every example?

I added an example for examples in the help in 1db88088011b1366a3c7396caeaf50e916f85500 - will have to populate this for all important functions
