Search for Works About in Event Records

Problem Description: Work records with events display this Event in its about section, but does not display the work it is about on the corresponding Event record. This creates a 1-sided relationship.

Expected Behavior/Solution: Create new work, event and triple to build the relationship Works about on Event records. Work: TBD Event: TBD

triple TBD to create the connection for Event records to Works.

Requirements:

• Created search must find all work records about it's corresponding event record.

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.

@clarkepeterf - please update the names for the work, triple and event. Once that is done it can move to prioritization review.
