Marauder constraints are preventing user's self-deletion #349

Wat ? We removed marauder from the tree entirely.

The issue is that marauder tables are still here on production database with their constraints. And one constraint in the marauder_useprofile table was preventing user's deletion.

Nevermind, the problem has been tackled by dropping these legacy tables from the production database.
