Add Jellyfin to plugins page #60

Since https://github.com/prologueapp/Prologue/issues/11 was closed by @lcharlick I tried to find on plugins page of Jellyfin but was not able find it and also no PR to add it.

Jellyfin isn't supported and as far as I can tell there are no plans to so currently.
