Scheduled backup #75

I used the backup function today, and realised one thing. I'd like Shuffle to 
backup my tasks on schedule. So that when the shit hits the fan, I can feel 
safe in the backup scenario.

Perhaps configurable in how often it will backup?
how long it will keep "old" backupfiles?

This in conjunction with repeat tasks would be key feature
