HHpred: Model using selection is broken #463

I am going to have to implement a new tool next week that is important for the submission of a paper and I don't have time to test the new changes thoroughly presently. I will, therefore, implement the tool into the last working state (production) of the Master.

you can do that and push the production branch so that I can merge the new changes into master

should be fixed with the current PR (#464), I am confident that with this fix on master, the branch should be pretty stable.
