Use codes from tools.conf for tool names in joblist #535

Presently, we use the first 4 characters of the longname. Consequently, 'HHpred' and 'HHpred - Manual Template Selection' cannot be distinguished from each other in the joblist.

@zy4 this should be an easy fix, right?

the code from the tools.conf is not used at the moment, it is simply the 

substr(0,4)

should definitely be fixed.
