Parameter input text boxes don't allow themselves to be changed to a different value when a job is running #74

e.g. Start an HHpred job and when it is running, go to the 'parameters' tab and try to change 'No. of target sequences'

@zy4 Yes. It used to work normally before. Surprising, the values of the selection boxes can be changed.
