Sort projects based on age #31

Many developers want to join new up-and-coming projects. Therefore it would be interesting to sort the projects by age. This would also have advantages for the maintenance of our database, as it would provide a strong incentive to add new projects to OpenSustain.tech.

If projects then create the right issues and associated "Good First Issues", these young fresh projects will be visible on ClimateTriage.com for a long time.
