Error deserializing V3 PremiumSpawners #36

Hi. I've been following your SVN for some time; thank you for all the work you 
do on it.  In merging revision 142, the older PremiumSpawners, created with the 
older version of Nerun's that the SVN included, fail to deserialize when I 
attempt to start up my dev/test shard.  I noticed that there is no code in 
PremiumSpawner.cs for deserializing V3 PremiumSpawner objects anymore.  Thanks 
for any help you can offer.

Correction...the changes were actually in revision 138.

Make sure that you dbl check your files. If all edits are correct you may need 
to remove all the premium spawners and respawn the world with new spawners.  I 
don't know how well the old version will convert to the new version as I didn't 
have anything spawned in my test server before the update.  But new Premium 
Spawners work without deserialize issues.

Yeah the new ones deserialize fine. I'll either have to skip the Nerun's 
upgrade or respawn.
