3 options:

Agency home

Agency content

Re: think about responsive:

Home: I think we will probably want something like http://pattern.getproudcity.com/index.php?v=&page=agency for the agency homepages (with the submenu showing by default. Question: do we want background images on mobile, or should they be hidden (I think hidden). Obv the topnav would be responsive (fixed bottom like http://pattern.getproudcity.com/full-page/menu-option-footer.html).
Content: Something like http://pattern.getproudcity.com/index.php?v=&page=agency-content, where the bars icon appears in the Agency title area. Clicking on it pulls out the menu (off-canvas).

@aschmoe @lukefretwell thoughts?

agency3 doesn't load for me, but between agency and agency1, prefer http://pattern.getproudcity.com/index.php?v=&page=agency

Agency content

same load issue for content3
prefer http://pattern.getproudcity.com/index.php?v=&page=agency-content of the two
also think would be good to link the agency name back to the agency homepage

Answers re: mobile

Agency homepage hero background: Agree with you.
Content: That looks fine. Alternative would be to display the full list below main content. They are a little lost in the menu and if you scroll down, it's hard to tell where further information might be.

@lukefretwell try agency2 instead of 3.

I think for me agency (not agency1, agency2) are the only viable options.

Sorry, not sure how I messed up those links. I agree that I liked agency.

Some more questions to talk about today:

[x] What do you think about the content pages? I'm going to break this out into a new issue #33.
[x] Do we need an agency-specific search? If so, should it go in the white box on the agency homepage and to the right of the site title on pages? At the top of the off-canvas on mobile?
[x] Can we brainstorm a list of 5-10 blocks that different agencies might want access to add to their homepage? Some ideas below:

Blocks for homepage

Hero unit (image, title, description)
Block of text?
Card deck (2, 3, 4, all of the above?)
News headlines (5?)
News teasers (2?)
News "big teaser" (1) -- would need a pattern for this
Upcoming events teasers
Upcoming events calendar (do we want this)
Map - crime, neighborhoods, recent issues, public transportation, parks, schools, library branches ...
Social wall
Social feed
Image carousel?

@jlyon @lukefretwell Added the parent heading for mobile + tablet, made it so we're always just seeing buttons in navbar.
