Img lib won't scroll on page selection #719

Used a template with 56 pages and approximately 70 images in the scroll.

It selects the right image when I click on a page, but doesn't scroll it into 
view. Nothing is being uploaded. Using only what is in there.
FF 8

No JS errors were reported.

Re-test to confirm.

The rumor has it that it scrolls only on 2 events: 
1. when image fields was opened 
2. when you click on Image tab

I was using a site with image fields expanded by default. In this case we need 
to scroll when a new page changes (Next button or by clicking in the pages 
scroll).
