Updated macaque IMGT alignments

Notes:

• I simply copied all of the (D), J, and V sequences that were under partis/data/germlines/macaque/ig?/*fasta into the new partis/data/germlines/macaque/imgt-alignments/ig?.fa files and manually aligned all V genes to the IMGT convention.
• I am currently running partis with --presto-output --aligned-germline-fname /nethome/schrammca/programs/partis/data/germlines/macaque/imgt-alignments/ig?.fa to test; will report back.
• I have not checked the macaque TR databases/alignments, nor IG for any other species.

That's good enough for me, I honestly don't even really remember what --aligned-germline-fname does, i guess it's for presto output, which I haven't used in years. In any case thanks, thanks for fixing! And reopen if you find a problem with the fix.
