Add global hide/view off-curve points to View menu. Currently the show off-curve points context menu option is specific to the current glyph. Adding a global option view/hide option would allow me to turn them off for all glyphs.

Hide/view off-curve points is supposed to be always global, and its being specific to the glyph was due to an oversight. It's now fixed.
