prismatik more high GPU usage on rtx 3070 then on ati 480 #530

4k windows 10-11 GPU usage on old ati 480 is about 11 % on new rtx 3070 - about 30% why ?

RTX 3070 owner here. My Lightpack GPU usage is generally less than 1% in games and less than 3% during desktop when using Screen Grabbing with Win8 Desktop Duplication. The discrepancy is probably due to the GPU clocking lower (down to 210 MHz) when not burdened with demanding games.
